Mama Sets an Example

Ten years after I entered college, I finally graduated this summer. During my decade of higher education I attended three school, changed my major three times, moved to Dallas and back, married one man, gave birth to one child, accumulated thousands of dollars in school loans, worked countless jobs, and learned a lot. I won't make my children attend college just for the hell of it, but I will stress to them how great having a college degree feels when you accomplish it for yourself. And if I can do it, so can they.
